Customer Service / Helpdesk Support - IT, MSOffice, Hardware, Windows

My IT Services client based in Basingstoke seeks a dynamic, hard working and motivated Customer / IT Services & Support Analyst. You will be supporting a number of home users across the local area, so you must have a proven track record of assisting others in a customer services or IT Helpdesk capacity. This is a low level role and possibly your 1st position after leaving school. You must be PC literate and be happy dealing with 'difficult customers' from the age group of 6 - 18 years of age. Strong interpersonal & communication skills needed with basic support skills in Windows 7, Vista or XP, MSOffice and general PC's. Role is paying maximum of £6/hr – please do not reply if you are seeking a higher salary.
