1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - SQL, EPOS, Software, Hardware Leading IT Services Company seeks a dyanamic, enthusiastic and technically astute support analyst with 1-2 years minimum working experience. The ideal 1st/2nd line support analyst MUST HAVE excellent problem solving, logical thinking, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and all round 2nd level support skills in the following technologies: EPOS, SQL Server, general Hardware & general Software. You will be tested in these products at interview stage. Excellent customer support and satisfaction skills needed with strong communication skills. KEY SKILLS NEEDED: EPOS SQL Customer Support/2nd line telephone assistance General Software & Hardware support
