Leading IT Manufacturing organistation seeks a dynamic, customer driven, technically hands-on and experienced Technical Support Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of managing & supervising/leading a team of 2-3 IT Desktop Support Engineers (in this instance across 2 sites in Surrey & Berkshire). The Lead Support Analyst will also be involved in customer reviews, motivation of staff, working to SLA's and some budget control. YOU MUST be technically astute in 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line installation, troubleshooting, administration & support of Windows 2003, TCP/IP Networking, WINS/DHCP/DNS, Lotus Notes & Active Directory. ANY VMWARE OR AVAYA TELEPHONY skills a bonus but not essential. Strong communication & interpersonal skills needed. 70% of the role is based in Surrey, 30% based in Berkshire.
