Web Support/Web Analyst - Graduate, Java, MySql 1st line web support analyst required for market-leading business intelligence consultancy. Our client seeks a recent graduate with at least 6-24 months commercial/industrial experience who is interpersonally and technically astute. The ideal customer support analyst will work as part of a small but vibrant team. As the web support analyst you will be supporting internet based web applications on helpdesk, email, remotely and on client sites, therefore an excellent communicative manner is needed. You may be providing training and you must be comfortable working with customers to resolve issues through to completion. KEY SKILLS INCLUDE SUPPORTING Java and MySQL or Oracle as well as have the ability to relay complex concepts in simple terms. Any other web skills, such as HTML & Adobe Flash a bonus but not essential. Good salary + competitive benefits on offer. KEY SKILLS: Java Database (MySQL or Oracle) Helpdesk Support Flash skills a bonus
