1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst. My clients seeks a dynamic, technically astute and vibrant 1st & 2nd line helpdesk support analyst with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer support. Role entails all round installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support to customers via phone, remote desktop and email of the following products: Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS), Firewalls or wireless security & Veritas Backup Exec. Any skills in Active Directory, SBS 2003, VPN & Anti-virus software a bonus but not essential. There may be need to visit clients face to face for hands on deskside support duties.
