Originally incorporated in the UK in November 1991 as Nationwide Technology Recruitment Limited we have recently restructured to focus our expansion in to other markets and to concentrate part of our business specifically on the provision of recruitment services for senior appointments.

There are 3 companies in the Nationwide family: -

Nationwide People Limited - non-IT appointments and complementary services
Nationwide Search and Selection Limited - senior appointments across all sectors

General Profile

It is best to think of us as ''…a management consultancy specialising in recruitment". This includes executive search & selection, outplacement and agency management.

Nationwide consultant's are on average around 30 years of age and come from a variety of disciplines including IT, recruitment and Human Resources.

We are continually building on the outstanding reputation we have - securing long-term repeat business through the provision of tailored services. We innovate and continually improve the products and services we provide. Our e-Recruitment™ tools are proof of this.

Markets

We concentrate on servicing clients Nationwide, throughout the UK. Where eligibility allows, we recruit people from around the world.

Originally set up to provide comprehensive recruitment services within the IT marketplace, we are actively expanding in to other industry sectors and the provision of additional services that complement our recruitment activity.

We are a privately owned family of companies actively developing the Nationwide brand. We have grown organically (not through acquisition) so we can control the quality of what we do. However, we are keen to expand our reach in to other industry sectors and complementary services and will consider equity partnerships as a route to achieving this.
