The ideal 1st/Front Line Technical Support Analyst will have either an Engineering or Electronics Degree with ideally 12-18 months commercial experience, although a fresh graduate will be considered but may reflect on salary.

Full training on house products will be supplied and an additional european language would also be a bonus but not essentail.

Any additional hardware skills, especially printer experience would also be an advantage and again not essential as well as some knowledge of Baan, Oracle or other tools &amp;amp; documentation that would be used to log and search data and information.

Primary duties would involve telephone / email support and maybe esculation to the next level, therefore telephone / customer skills are essential to this role.
